1. If you have a dog and the house has wood floors, will your dog’s nails scratch the wood? Can the dog walk well enough that he/she won’t slip and get hurt or will the dog be limited to the garage?

2. If the home you like has back alley to access the garage will the vehicle noise disturb anyone from sleeping, studying or working.

3. What will happen to the empty land behind or beside the home?

4. Are the CC & R’s upheld and is there a fee associated with someone who breaks the rules?

5. What type of animals have access to the yard deer, rabbits, coyotes, raccoons?

6. Do I really need/want rain gutters on the house?

7. How steep is the driveway will you be able to get in and out during a winter ice storm?

8. Is the snow removal done by the city or is it a part of the HOA association?
