I will set up an automatic search using your criteria.  This program allows you to reject listings I have sent you or save the listing.  You can send me an email regarding a specific listing or with a general question. I can go to your saved listings and take a look at the property and if I have previewed the property I can give you additional information.

I can send you websites links for information about the neighborhood, local real estate news or what is happening in Bend and Central Oregon.

My buyer services include a binder that you can use to organize your search. I will have a copy of the listings we are going to see in the order that we will view the homes. You can return the binder at the end of your search and I will recycle it or you can keep it to hold your records for the purchase of your new home.

If you are in a hurry or like so many people have lots of time to find the right home or if you will be retiring in a few years I have the patience to work in your timeline.  It took my husband and I over a year and a half which included 3 visits to Bend to look at houses.  I get it!
